Positions available:

• Sales Manager
• Sales Coordinator

• Responsible for planning and managing the overall sales of the hotel to achieve optimal occupancy, maximize revenue, and meet/exceed profit objectives.
• Monitor competitors' rate strategies and account penetration activities to maintain a competitive edge.
• Evaluate changes in guest needs, guest mix, and the competitive set to recommend appropriate product, service, and operational changes.

• Minimum 4 years of sales management experience in the corporate segment (Sales Manager) or at least 2 years in a similar capacity at an international hotel in Indonesia.
• High professionalism with strong understanding of global markets and business acumen.
• Excellent proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Preferably holds a college degree.
