Human Capital & General Affairs; HCM & GA Manager
Develop and implement human capital strategies aligned with company objectives
Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, career path management, compensation & benefit management including payroll system (HRIS), and employee relations
Oversee performance management, talent development, and succession planning
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and internal regulations
Manage HRIS and ensure accurate employee data and reporting
Act as a strategic business partner to management and division heads
Foster a positive company culture and employee engagement initiatives
Manage general affairs operations, including office facilities, assets, and inventory
Supervise office maintenance, building management, and vendor coordination
Handle company licenses, permits, and administrative compliance
Manage company vehicles, security, housekeeping, and office services
Control GA budget, procurement, and cost efficiency initiatives
Ensure a safe, orderly, and well-maintained working environment
QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or a related field, master’s degree or HR certificate (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Capital / HR Management, preferably in a managerial role
Strong knowledge of labor regulations and HR best practices
Experience handling recruitment, training program, compensation benefits, and HR operations
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Willing to be placed in Bekasi West Java or Pasuruan East Java
