Corporate Human Resources Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Human Resources Manager to join our dynamic team in Bekasi, West Java. As Corporate Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing all HR-related functions, ensuring the effective management of our valued employees. This is a full-time, on-site role with opportunities for growth and development within the organisation.

• Developing and implementing HR strategies and policies that support the company's overall business objectives
• Overseeing the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning and development, and employee relations
• Managing the HR team and providing guidance, support and mentorship to ensure they deliver high-quality HR services
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant labour laws and regulations
• Analysing HR data and metrics to identify trends and make data-driven decisions
• Collaborating with senior management to address HR-related challenges and implement effective solutions
• Promoting a positive and inclusive work culture that enhances employee engagement and retention

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior HR role, preferably within a fast-paced, growing organisation
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labour laws and regulations in Indonesia
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels
• Proficient in data analysis and using HR information systems to generate insights and drive decision-making
• Proven track record in implementing successful HR initiatives and programmes that support business objectives
• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
