Responsibilities
- Handle full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing, screening, interviewing, to offer administration.
- Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and organizational fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain and update recruitment database and hiring documentation accurately.
- Prepare recruitment reports and monitor hiring progress.
- Support onboarding administration for new hires.
- Ensure recruitment activities are aligned with company policies and hiring standards.
- Bachelor’s degree or final-year student in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Communication, or related field.
- Open for fresh graduates with strong interest in Talent Acquisition.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional, detail-oriented, and well-organized.
- Able to manage multiple hiring needs and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Google Suite.
- Familiarity with recruitment platforms is an advantage.
