Bachelor’s degree from any major (Psychology or Human Resources Management is preferred).
Maximum age of 35 years.
Minimum 3 years of working experience as a Human Resource Generalist, preferably in a school or educational institution.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Good Administration Duties.
Acting to support the human factor in the company by devising strategies for performance evaluation, staffing, training and development, psychologist tools for recruitment etc.
Generalist background with broad knowledge of recruitment, compensation & benefits, organizational planning, employee and industrial relations (knowledge of labor laws), training and development, human resources information systems
Job Description sHandle and manage employee administrative documents and HR records.
Control and maintain HR administration including employment contracts (PKWT & PKWTT), employee database updates, attendance, leave, permits, overtime, warning letters, termination, awards, promotion, mutation, and demotion processes.
Review attendance reports, maintain up-to-date manpower data, and prepare medical reimbursement recaps.
Manage daily HR operations and collaborate with recruiters during the employee selection process, including the administration of psychological assessment tools.
Conduct employee orientation, training, coaching, counseling, and disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies.
Plan, monitor, appraise, and review employee performance and job contributions.
Monitor contract expiration and probation periods, and send timely reminders to relevant users or departments.
