Overview
PT Digital Netcom Solution is seeking talented candidates to join our team as a Human Resources Manager & GA Officer. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the quality of the company’s human capital, as well as driving efficient and effective procurement processes while ensuring full compliance with all legal requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Strong in data analysis related to compensation and benefits, budgeting, headcount, and performance management;
- Ensure that all offices and facilities in the country are safe, secure and well-maintained facilities that meets health, safety and environmental standards;
- Manage the administration and facilities management team;
- Lead and manage all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations;
- Oversee General Affairs activities, including facilities, assets, vendor coordination, and workplace administration;
- Manage and coordinate corporate licensing, permits, and regulatory documentation, ensuring full compliance with applicable laws and government requirements;
- Act as the primary liaison with relevant authorities, external agencies, and internal stakeholders regarding regulatory and administrative matters;
- Support management in maintaining organizational discipline, policy implementation, and operational standards;
- Preparing, drafting, reviewing and revising various agreements and/or letters;
- Conducting negotiations with customers or vendor for each corporate matters;
- Liaising with external lawyers, notary and/or institution officers;
- Conducting legal analysis or research for corporate matters;
- Ensuring and conducting compliance of company and/or registration of licenses/permits as required, e.g. OSS, Import Permit, Investment Activity Report (LKPM) and others;
- More than 2 years working experience in Human Resources.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Human Resources, Public Administration, Political Science, Business Administration.
- Strong people management skills with an ability to drive high performing teams.
- Well versed in Compensation & Benefit i.e., Payroll, Data Analysis, Audit Control. HRIS, Salary Benchmarking.
- Experienced in managing corporate licensing and regulatory compliance
- Strong understanding of HR operations, industrial relations, and general affairs practices
- High integrity, good judgment, and the ability to work closely with senior leadership
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
