Regional Sales Manager! 🌟

on behalf our client, Lubricant Manufacturing ,We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales management, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive business growth within the region.

Job Description
  • Manage and support regional distributors to ensure effective market coverage, sustainable sales growth, and strong brand visibility.
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with national business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and strategic stakeholders to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and implement corrective actions to achieve regional targets.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the regional sales team to enhance capability, motivation, and overall performance.
General Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • Proven experience handling retail sales, preferably in lubricants, FMCG, or related industries.
  • Strong proactive attitude with a growth mindset, supported by solid commercial acumen and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship management abilities.
  • Proficient in Business English for professional communication;
    Japanese language skills are an advantage.
  • Willing and able to drive and travel for business purposes as required.
Specific Requirements
  • Minimum 5–8 years of sales experience in the automotive lubricant or FMCG industry, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong expertise in distributor management and sales team leadership.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • High mobility and willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region.
