To plan and supervise the activities of materials management particularly in the areas of Inventory Management, Stores and Warehousing for the effective and efficient flow of inbound materials.

To ensure availability of brewing materials, manufacturing, maintenance, repair and operating supplies needed by PTD.

• Supervises the preparation and updates of materials requirements plan and brewing materials and manufacturing supplies along approved parameters, policies and guidelines.
• Facilitates the acquisition and use of the needed materials to ensure that the standard days level is incorporated the PTD, unless otherwise required.
• Ensures adequate material storage and safekeeping systems and facilitates for stock preservation and efficient warehousing.
• Implements material and supplies inventory policies and targets, considering organizational objectives and plans.
• Ensures regular physical inventory taking and preparation of month end reports.
• Leads in the design and implementation of corrective/preventive measures or improvements for current and potential materials management problem areas and concerns.
• Ensures the preparation and monitoring of materials funds; expense and expense budgets.
• Assists in the development and maintenance of qualified and reliable vendors to ensure availability of materials.

• Graduates from Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and related fields.
• At least 3 years working experience in these areas:
  Inventory and supply management;
  Materials storage, handling and transportation supervisory functions or 4 years in related areas of materials management as in procurement management, by-products and surplus management, materials accounting and control.
• Good leadership skills in motivating and controlling personnel.
