At least 1-2 years of experience in the same field.
Had experience as a community development/CSR roles, particularly in environment-related fields.
Passionate about consulting firm, especially within the fields of sustainability and environmental issues.
Experience in proposal development and writing.
Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
Good leadership skills, able to lead a small team, delegate tasks, and work independently or collaboratively.
Had experience in fundraising, grant-making, B2B sales, project development is a plus.

- Regularly update progress in the project development pipeline dashboard.
- Analyze and recommend initiatives to improve division performance.
- Maintain good communication and relationship with all stakeholders, both external potential and existing key clients/donors, and internal project implementors.
- Develop marketing strategies for the Consulting Business Unit, focusing on strategic clients and donors.
