Memimpinpengembangan bisnis pembiayaan motor baru melalui perumusan strategi, pengelolaan kemitraan dengan dealer, ekspansi jaringan bisnis, sertapengelolaan tim untuk memastikan pencapaian target pertumbuhan, kualitasportofolio, dan profitabilitas yang berkelanjutan.
- Minimal S1 dari semua jurusan.
- Memilikipengalaman minimal 3 tahun di bidang pembiayaan motor baru, dengan minimal 2 tahun di posisi leadership.
- Memahamiproses bisnis pembiayaan motor baru, pengelolaan dealer, dan strategi pengembanganbisnis.
- Memilikikemampuan leadership, negotiation, dan stakeholder management yang baik.
- Berorientasipada target dan mampu mendorong pertumbuhan bisnis secara berkelanjutan.
- Bersedia melakukan aktivitas lapangan.
- Memiliki SIMC Aktif dan kendaraan pribadi (roda dua).
