PT Puradelta Lestari Tbk. is the developer and estate management of “KOTA DELTAMAS” integrated township, located in Cikarang Pusat, West Java, around 37 KM from Jakarta. It is a joint venture company between Sinar Mas Land and Sojitz Corporation from Japan. The Company is listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX).

Kota Deltamas is a modern integrated township with total area of around 3,200 Ha, consists of industrial estate, commercial area, and residential area. Its industrial estate, “Greenland International Industrial Centre” (GIIC) is the market leader of industrial property player in Indonesia with some reputable tenants such as Suzuki, Mitsubishi, SAIC GM Wuling, etc. Kota Deltamas is strategically located at the epicenter of the industrial corridor in Jakarta-Cikampek Toll Road and can be directly accessed from the toll road.

The township still has a wide land bank of around 1,500 ha for the future development and it is professionally developed and maintained by the combination of local and Japanese experts in the management to be a self-sustained city and a future hub east of Jakarta.
