Key ResponsibilitiesOutbound Prospecting & Pitching
- Identify and visit local businesses in priority industries.
- Explain Atlas Capture's mission, how recording works, and what the partnership looks like.
- Use tech equipment, demo videos, and simple explanations to make the value tangible.
- Qualify businesses based on tasks, workers, and environment quality.
- Present clear offers within the standard hour allocation structure (trial + renewal).
- Negotiate terms within guidelines and secure signed agreements.
- Log all leads, conversations, and decisions in the CRM.
- Coordinate with Sales Support for device drop-offs and launch dates.
- Keep the Sales Manager updated on key accounts, blockers, and big opportunities.
- Consistently hit or exceed weekly targets for outreach, meetings, and signed partners.
- Build a small but growing portfolio of active recording sites.
- Maintain clean, reliable data in the CRM and chat so the team knows exactly what's happening in your territory.
- Represent Atlas Capture professionally in every interaction with business owners and staff.
- 1–2+ years in sales, field outreach, or customer‐facing roles.
- Experience in operating tech equipment (standard computer‑use proficiency).
- Comfortable walking into businesses and starting conversations.
- Strong communication skills and clear, confident presentation style.
- Organized and disciplined with follow‑up and record‑keeping.
- Able to spend most of your time in the field.
- Experience selling to small and medium businesses (SMBs).
- Familiarity with basic CRMs or sales tracking tools.
