Job Description- Memproses penjualan online, email, dan telepon
- Memastikan keakuratan pesanan dan faktur
- Melakukan fungsi layanan pelanggan dasar, seperti menjawab pertanyaan atau menjawab pertanyaan
- Mengelola ketepatan waktu pengiriman pesanan
- Menyusun laporan penjualan dan memantau upaya penjualan
- Membuat faktur klien dan proses pembayaran
- Memperbarui database dan data pelanggan
- Pendidikan minimal S1
- berpengalaman dalam bidang tersebut
- Dapat mengoperasikan komputer dengan baik khususnya Microsoft Office terutama Ms Excel
- Mau belajar, komunikatif, mempunyai loyalitas dan leadership
- Diutamakan tinggal di daerah bekasi
