This Telemarketing Internship (Paid) role is a hybrid position based in Bekasi, with some tasks that can be completed from home. Interns will engage potential and existing participants or customers via phone, messaging, and digital channels to introduce programs, events, and services related to movement and wellness. Day-to-day responsibilities include generating leads, following up on inquiries, providing basic product and service information, and supporting sales campaigns and outreach initiatives.

Interns will also assist with customer support, record interactions in tracking systems, and share feedback from prospects to help refine communication and marketing efforts. This internship offers practical experience in telemarketing and customer engagement within a mission-driven organization.

• Ability to perform lead generation and support basic sales activities to promote programs and services.
• Strong customer service and customer support skills to handle inquiries, address concerns, and direct individuals to appropriate resources.
• Clear, courteous, and persuasive communication skills, both verbal and written, suitable for phone and digital outreach.
