ELV Supervisor; Data Center

Our client is a leading international engineering and consulting group with a strong presence across Europe and Asia. The company delivers multidisciplinary services spanning design, project management, and construction supervision across infrastructure, buildings, and mission-critical facilities.

We are seeking an experienced ELV Supervisor oversees the day-to-day installation, inspection, and testing of all Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems across the Data Center construction site in Indonesia. Working under the Senior ELV Manager, this role ensures that ELV systems including BMS, CCTV, access control, structured cabling, fire alarm, and PA/VA are installed safely and to specification.

• Supervise daily ELV installation activities including structured cabling, CCTV, access control, BMS field devices, fire alarm, and PA/VA systems.
• Conduct quality inspections of ELV works and witness ITP hold points during installation and testing.
• Verify ELV materials and equipment match approved submittals and specifications.
• Ensure ELV installation teams comply with all HSE procedures and safe working practices.
• Coordinate ELV interface works with electrical, mechanical, and civil supervisors.
• Maintain daily site diaries, inspection records, and non-conformance reports for ELV works.
• Report ELV works progress, quality issues, and technical concerns to the Senior ELV Manager.
• Support contractor resource management and track daily ELV works output.
• Assist with ELV pre-commissioning, point-to-point testing, and system integration testing.
• Support preparation of ELV as-built drawings and handover documentation.

• Minimum 7 years of ELV installation supervision on commercial, industrial, or mission-critical construction projects.
• Practical knowledge of structured cabling, CCTV, access control, BMS/DCIM, fire alarm, and PA/VA systems.
• Experience on Data Center ELV systems preferred.
• Familiarity with Indonesian ELV standards, SNI fire alarm standards, and cabling standards.
• Certificate or Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
• Ability to read ELV drawings, cable schedules, and system integration documentation.
• Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia; working English literacy preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and systematic approach to ELV quality management.
