Trades ​/ Skilled Labor Technician, Installation Technician

PT Arnott's Indonesia is a multinational company with brand Good Time and Nyam Nyam. We currently have an exciting opportunity for a highly engaged and passionate Technician placed in Bekasi.

• Assist in machine installation and commissioning activities to ensure projects are completed according to schedule.
• Support mechanical and electrical (M&E) installation works, including equipment setup, utility connections, and supporting systems under the guidance of the Project Engineer.
• Perform equipment inspection, assembly, and basic troubleshooting during installation and commissioning activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams and contractors to ensure smooth day-to-day project execution.
• Prepare tools, materials, and equipment required for project implementation and installation activities.
• Support project completion activities, including testing, commissioning, handover, and post-installation verification.

• Graduates from electrical engineering with at least 1 year experience
• Having packaging troubleshoot experiences is preferable.
• Ability to work cross-functionally, manage diverse group and influence, deploy and manage strategic initiatives
• Initiative & Clear communication to Superior and related department in order to issue with production efficiency & plant support due to machinery break down.
