General Responsibilities
- 1. Carry out all mechanical work including fabrication, modification, and corrective action to all mechanical equipment which is the company's assets and facilities according to the instructions of Foreman as the direct superior.
- 2. Implement the installation work of machines, piping, and vessels under the direction of Foreman as direct superior.
- 3. Handling welding work when needed to accelerate the completion of work both daily work and at the time of shut down plant.
- 4. Implement preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance and monitoring equipment on all machines, pumps, fans, gearboxes, compressors and other mechanical equipment which are company assets based on Preventive Maintenance Schedule, Condition Monitoring Report, and Work Order of User under Foreman direction.
- 5. Notify your boss if you have any problems / difficulties in the job.
- 6. Work with other technicians in carrying out their work.
- 7. Reporting the use of materials in carrying out its work to the immediate superior and / or subsequent supervisor.
- 8. Perform maintenance actions (preventive maintenance & corrective maintenance) on the machine and equipment work that becomes its responsibility.
- 9. Carry out its work according to applicable safety regulations.
- 10. Responsible in maintaining and keeping the rules of the company and its obligations can be run with full awareness in line with the rights received by subordinates. Maintain and keep the work discipline in full awareness.
- 11. Responsible for the maintenance and maintenance of all work equipment (equipment) and cleanliness of the workplace environment.
- 12. Carry out other duties in respect of his work as instructed by his superiors.

- 14. Responsible for the quality and achievement of personnel work under its supervision.
- 15. Responsible for inspecting and maintaining equipment and spare parts and safety equipment in its group (mechanics).
- 16. Responsible for the development of mechanics in connection with technical skills, discipline in safety and morals.
- 17. Supervise, guide and guide and control mechanical shifter, workshop, automotive and welder for plant maintenance and repair work.
- 18. Prepare archives of all the data necessary for overhaul work or repair work in mechanical maintenance files that will be future reference and future decision-making.
- 19. Carefully monitor and control the ongoing work and follow-up pending employment.
- 20. Begin inspection and troubleshoot plant / equipment work submitted for repair.
- 21. Review / evaluate and update records of mechanical equipment to determine the possible increase and replacement of the required part on time.
- 22. Active in analyzing and repairing defects and abnormalities of the equipment and must be available at all times with the team and its equipment to act promptly on emergency calls and report to the supervisor.
- 23. Preparing the Daily Activities Report at the end of each day indicating the status of the work and the amount of man power used for each activity.
- 24. Coordinate well with other officers in fluency and safety in the completion of a job.
- 25. Set priorities and supervise work in progress to ensure that all work remains in a high standard.
- 26. Ensure good discipline is maintained at all times.
- 27. Maintaining the cleanliness, neatness and security of the work area to promote better working conditions between groups
- 28. Attend the appropriate Supervisory, technical and training as instructed.
- 29. Carry out other duties ruled by his superiors.
- 30. Running the implementation of quality management system (ISO 9001: 2000, ISO 22000: 2005, Halal, SMK3, ISCC system).
