• Provide expert remote technical support for electrical systems and industrial automation components.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical faults, PLC issues, HMI problems, and communication network errors in automated industrial settings.
• Guide field technicians and clients through installation, calibration, and commissioning procedures via remote channels.
• Analyze diagnostic data and system logs to identify root causes of failures and performance issues.
• Develop and update technical documentation, including troubleshooting guides and best practice procedures.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve complex technical challenges and suggest product improvements.
• Maintain accurate records of all technical support interactions and resolutions in the company's CRM system.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols during remote guidance for on-site activities.

• Proven experience as an Electrical Technician, Automation Technician, or similar role, with a focus on industrial automation.
• Strong understanding of PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), HMIs (Human-Machine Interfaces), VFDs (Variable Frequency Drives), and industrial networking (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Profibus).
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, P&IDs, and control system diagrams.
• Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving abilities specific to electrical and automation systems.
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical information effectively to diverse audiences remotely.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
• Familiarity with common remote support tools and software.
• A degree or certification in Electrical Engineering, Automation Technology, or a related field is required.
