• Perform on-site installations of equipment according to technical blueprints and company standards.
• Conduct thorough pre-installation site surveys to identify potential challenges and ensure site readiness.
• Test and calibrate installed systems to guarantee optimal performance and adherence to specifications.
• Provide clear and concise technical support to clients during and after the installation process.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during installation or post-installation phases.
• Document all installation activities, including site reports, test results, and client sign-offs, utilizing company reporting tools.
• Collaborate with remote project managers and support teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Maintain and manage tools, equipment, and inventory necessary for installation tasks.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols and regulations at all times.

• Proven experience as an Installation Technician or in a similar technical role.
• Solid understanding of mechanical and electrical systems relevant to equipment installation.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Willingness to travel to various client sites within the Depok region and surrounding areas.
• Technical certifications or a diploma in a relevant field are highly desirable.
