The Administrative Assistant provides day‑to‑day administrative support to ensure office operations. This role serves as a key point of contact, supporting leadership and staff with organization, communication, and coordination across departments.
Key Responsibilities- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars.
- Prepare, edit, and distribute documents and reports.
- Maintain electronic and physical filing systems.
- Order office supplies and coordinate with vendors as needed.
- Assist with data entry, recordkeeping, and basic reporting.
- Support management and team members with administrative tasks.
- Greeting visitors and maintain a professional front office presence.
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1‑3 years of administrative or office support experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
- Ability to sit for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
