Ford Quicklane Technician

As a Quick Lane Technician at Bob Bell Ford of Bel Air, you will be responsible for performing light maintenance and basic vehicle services in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. • Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, battery checks, and fluid top-offs
• Conduct multi-point inspections and report findings to service advisors
• Replace air filters, wiper blades, and light bulbs as needed
• Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used
• Keep work area clean and organized, adhering to safety and environmental regulations
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers to ensure a positive service experience

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record .
• Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with automotive tools
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work
• ASE certification or technical training is a plus but not require
• Positive, friendly attitude
