Frederick Ward Associates, Inc. (FWA) is searching for a Architectural Project Manager ready to take on a leadership role and truly make a difference. Serving the Baltimore region for over 65 years, FWA provides attentive service, innovative design and consistent results.
We are looking for a candidate to serve as the leader of design production and will work closely with each discipline in the development of projects from beginning to end, focusing on budget, scheduling, design, client and consultant communication and coordination, QA/QC, construction administration, and project close out for all projects.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage architectural projects of varying scale and complexity.
- Serve as primary point of contact with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
- Oversee all phases of project development, including design, documentation, and construction administration.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, staffing, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to a collaborative, team-oriented studio culture.
- Ensure quality control, code compliance, and adherence to firm standards.
- Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch).
- 7+ years of professional experience, with at least 3 years in a project management role.
- Architectural licensure preferred (or in process).
- Strong understanding of building codes, construction methods, and contract administration.
- Proficiency in Revit and other design/production software.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $ per year
