Position Overview
We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Entry-Level Service & Operations Associate to support our advisors and clients. This role is ideal for someone interested in building a career in financial services and learning how a professional financial planning and wealth management firm operates behind the scenes. You will play a key role in client service, account administration, and day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with new account setup, transfers, and maintenance paperwork
- Support client service requests (address changes, beneficiary updates, distributions, etc.)
- Prepare and process documents with custodians and internal systems
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Help schedule client meetings and prepare meeting materials
- Support compliance and operational workflows as needed
- Communicate professionally with clients, custodians, and team members
- Identify process improvements and contribute to operational efficiency
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable with technology and learning new systems (CRM, custodial platforms, Microsoft Office)
- Professional, dependable, and client-focused mindset
- Prior office, customer service, or financial services experience is a plus, but not required
- Training and mentorship in the financial services industry
- Exposure to financial planning, investment operations, and compliance
- Clear growth path toward operations, client service, or advisory roles
