• Perform all duties associated with Member Service Specialist I and II positions, including teller duties and new account functions.
• Deliver sales and service excellence through increased cross‑selling opportunities for additional products and services, including debt protection coverage on loans.
• Open complex accounts (trust, estate, guardianship, representative payee) and business accounts, clearly presenting, explaining, and maintaining account terms and conditions to meet compliance requirements.
• Obtain required documentation to complete the loan interview process.
• Complete loan processes, including application processing, document preparation, and loan disbursement upon approval.
• Answer general loan inquiries, such as calculating payoff statements, updating payment information, and adjusting debt protection products.
• Adhere to all credit union compliance requirements, including Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) guidelines and regulations relevant to the position.
• Perform other office operations related duties as assigned by the Office Manager or authorized party.
• Travel between credit union branches as assigned.

The role encompasses pay grades 5 through
7. Incumbents are placed within a specific range based on experience, with a starting rate of $21 per hour, up to $24 per hour based on experience.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1–3 years of similar or related experience aligning with MSS I and MSS II skill sets (Teller and New Accounts).
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Enthusiastic and outgoing personality.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective written and verbal communication abilities.
