Resident Care Associate

Viva Senior Living - Up to $18.50/hour -  - Responsibilities:
Provide direct care to residents and contribute to continuity of care by reporting changes to the Resident Care Director;
Assist residents with lifts, moves, and transports using proper body mechanics or lifting devices;
Respond to inquiries from residents, visitors, and staff promptly within policy;
Maintain knowledge of individualized care plans and support residents accordingly;
Ensure resident rights and safety, report abuse or violations, and participate in emergencies and drills
