Travel RN - Case Management​/Utilization Review - Case Management

American Traveler is hiring a travel RN - Case Manager for a Monday through Friday day shift position in an inpatient acute care setting, requiring 3 years of experience and an active MD or compact RN license.

Job Details

• Inpatient case management unit within an acute care hospital setting,

• Average daily caseload of 15 cases,

• Patient population involves inpatient case management including coordination of medical home care, placement, and social services to support safe discharges,

• Schedule is Monday through Friday, 5x8-hour day shifts (8:00-16:30), no weekends,

• Floating required between two facilities (Bel Air and Aberdeen, approximately 10 miles apart) as needed,

• Epic EMR experience preferred,

• Holiday coverage required as scheduled,

Job Requirements

• Active RN license for the state of Maryland (MD) or a Compact RN license currently in hand,

• BLS certification preferred,

• Minimum 3 years of RN experience required,

• Inpatient hospital or acute care experience required,

Additional Information

• Responsibilities include coordinating medical home care, patient placement, and social services to facilitate safe patient discharges,

• Business casual attire required (no scrubs),

• First-time travelers with inpatient/acute care experience will be considered,
