This role is ideal for a hands‑on leader who thrives in process improvement, team coaching, and building structure as the business expands.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee day‑to‑day billing operations and ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance
- Lead, mentor, and develop an 8‑person billing team
- Strengthen processes, controls, and workflows to support rapid growth
- Partner with accounting, finance, and operations to resolve issues and improve efficiency
- Monitor KPIs, aging, and billing performance metrics
- Support system enhancements and automation initiatives
- Experience managing a billing team in a growing or multi‑entity environment
- Strong understanding of billing workflows, revenue processes, and internal controls
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and elevate team performance
- Detail‑oriented, organized, and comfortable in a fast‑moving business
