Gly Care is a hospital‑based group practice specializing in inpatient diabetes and glycemic management. Our Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants deliver protocol‑driven, evidence‑based care to hospitalized adults on Med‑Surg and Step‑Down units (non‑ICU), with endocrinology support.

• $3,000 Sign‑On Bonus available for qualified candidates with at least one year of diabetes or endocrinology experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, or recent Hospitalist
• Specialty training provided – no diabetes background required
• Predictable block schedules
• Part‑Time:
  Mon–Tues+ every other weekend OR Thur‑Fri + opposite weekends (~12 shifts/month) with full benefits
• Compensation: $93,600 - $101,244

• Provide consultative inpatient diabetes/glycemic management (non‑ICU)
• Independently round using established protocols
• Manage ~25 patients/day
• Participate in rotating phone‑only after‑hours call

• Active, unrestricted Maryland NP or PA license
• NP: FNP, AGNP, or ACNP | PA‑C
• Inpatient experience required
• EMR proficiency
• New grads welcome
• DEA not required
• Minimum 1‑year contract commitment
