Clinical Nursing Faculty

Job Description

Harford Community College (HCC) is seeking experienced nurses across medical/surgical, pediatrics, maternal/newborn, mental health, and fundamentals of nursing to conduct clinical teaching with students in a clinical setting.

Employees must be residents of Maryland or the contiguous states of Delaware, Pennsylvania, Virginia, West Virginia, or the District of Columbia. Work is usually performed on the College campus unless otherwise specified.

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States. The College does not offer visa sponsorship for this position.

Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) degree; MSN preferred. Candidates must be licensed as a registered nurse in Maryland or a compact state.

Two years of clinical experience as a registered nurse are required.

Medium physical effort lifting up to 50 lbs.

Clinical teaching experience preferred.

Clinical teaching may include days, evenings, and/or weekends at various sites in Harford County and the surrounding region.
