• $27.00 – $37.00 per hour (based on experience)
• Same day pay for all employees

• PTO 80 hours vacation + 40 hours sick time (rollover available)

• Full‑time, part‑time, and PRN hours

• Every other weekend availability required (Saturday & Sunday)

• Maryland LPN license, valid and in good standing
• BLS certification required
• Compassionate, patient‑focused personality
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Experience in long‑term care, rehab, or skilled nursing preferred but not required
• Ability to safely lift, push, and pull up to 25–50 pounds as part of daily job responsibilities, with or without reasonable accommodation
