RN Nurse, Travel Nurse
MS/Tele RN - 4T Observation - Day Shift
This is a 13-week contract position.
3x12-hour shifts, days (07:00 - 19:30), with weekend requirements of every other weekend.
The MS/Tele Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality care in the observation unit, focusing on patients with varying medical needs. The nurse will work within a team to deliver patient-centered care utilizing evidence-based practices.
Provide care to patients with medical and telemetry needs.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor vital signs and manage patient conditions effectively.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes.
Document all patient care activities accurately in EPIC.
Ensure adherence to safety and infection control protocols.
2 years of experience required; first-time travelers will be accepted.
Active RN license in Maryland or Compact.
BLS, NIH certification required; ACLS preferred.
Experience with EPIC charting system required.
Experience in a community hospital or LTAC setting preferred.
