American Traveler is hiring a PACU RN for a 13-week night shift assignment requiring MD or compact RN license and 2 years of PACU or strong ICU/critical care experience.

• PACU unit in a hospital setting
• Night shift, 3x12 hours )
• 36 hours per week, Sunday-Friday schedule with no Saturdays required
• Weekend requirement limited to Friday/Sunday shifts only
• Holiday coverage required as scheduled
• Floating may be required within specialty (ICU/critical care), including to sister hospitals
• No pre-scheduled on-call shifts required, though low-census on-call status may occasionally apply

• Active RN license (Maryland state or compact) required
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS
• Minimum 2 years of PACU experience required
• First-time travelers with strong ICU/critical care experience will be considered

• Provide post-anesthesia recovery care to patients within the PACU
• RTO requests must be submitted at time of offer
• Holiday requests limited to no more than 1 major and 1 minor fall/winter holiday
