- Minimum 5 years of experience in Process audit related engineer and Product level Inspection in a manufacturing environment and visiting suppliers' processes.
- Hands on on-source inspection, Incoming, in-process, and final product inspection. must be able to create a dimensional report.
- Experience in auditing processes in manufacturing facilities.
- Ability to verify process compliance with Work instructions, SOPs, and Control plan
. - Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Understanding of quality management systems (ISO 9001:2015 / IATF 16949) and holding audit certification.
- Experience with measuring devices (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges, multimeter, torque meter, height gauge, etc.).
- What type of audit conducted, what type of commodities process audit was conducted?
- Perform on-site inspections at supplier location.
- Verify criteria highlighted in recent SCARs, confirming corrective actions.
- Dimensional compliance to the engineering prints and tolerances.
- Revision control and CIS (component inspection standard) adherence.
- AQL (Acceptable quality limit) sampling and random lot checks.
- Document findings with photos, measurements, and standardized reports
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings (GD&T).
- Familiarity with electrical components.
- Certifications:
Preferred - ASQ (American Society for Quality) CQI - Certified Quality Inspector or equivalent. - Experience:
5 - 7 years in mechanical/electrical quality inspection or source inspection
