Manage daily restaurant operations with a focus on flawless execution, increasing profit and enhancing the guest experience.;
Provide on-shift coaching and corrections; supervise and motivate hourly employees.;
Ensure proper execution of all food handling procedures and recipes, in compliance with Daily Operating Procedures.;
Open & close restaurant; assign and follow up on opening and closing Daily Operating procedures and housekeeping to ensure cleanliness standards are maintained.;
Manage guest service by greeting, assisting guests and addressing issues and concerns whenever needed and according to company policy.
