Assistant Store Manager; Store

Position: Full Time Assistant Store Manager (Store 0966)
Game Stop - 5 Bel Air South Parkway - Responsibilities:
Provide best-in-class guest service: greet guests, respond to questions, assist with gaming needs; inform guests of promotions and promotions; apply selling behaviors during transactions; circulate to prioritize guest needs.;
Support the store's visual and operational environment and guest relationships to drive sales and repeat business.;
Process guest purchases/returns using the POS system accurately and efficiently.;
Escalate customer issues to the Store Manager when appropriate.;
Assist the Store Manager with onboarding, training, and policy compliance for store associates, and provide regular feedback to align with expectations.;
Schedule store associates, supervise Sales Associates and Retail Keyholders in the Store Manager's absence, and ensure payroll and time-off processes are accurate.;
Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and merchandising per company guidelines; ensure inventory control and loss prevention practices.;
Ensure Omni-Channel orders are fulfilled and shipped daily.;
Complete closeout paperwork, bank deposits, and daily reconciliation; verify shipments and inventory counts; manage packing and labeling of defectives/recalls.;
Adhere to policies and procedures and support achieving sales, profit, and shrink goals.
