Job Overview
Road Mechanic – job in a device maintenance environment offering preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on a diverse fleet of equipment including aerial work platforms, construction tools, pumps, HVAC units, and large‑scale generators.
Responsibilities- Perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on equipment in the safest, most effective way to avoid downtime.
- Work on a variety of makes, models, and equipment in challenging remote locations.
- Develop new skills for a career track in service or operations management.
- Collaborate with an incredible team in a safety‑focused environment.
- High school diploma or GED required; trade school or equivalent training desired.
- 3‑5 years of mechanic experience with diesel equipment, heavy construction equipment, or specialty line equipment (large‑scale generators, pumps, HVAC, or oil & gas).
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record; CDL license may be required in some locations.
- Bilingual (Spanish or other) may be required based on location needs.
- Proficiency with mechanic’s tools of trade.
- Knowledge of hydraulic systems and troubleshooting fundamentals.
- Knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting fundamentals.
- Ability to be flexible with changing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, and lifting 50 pounds or more; work indoors and outdoors as required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to comply with applicable laws.

Base Pay Range$26.46 – $36.37 per hour (starting rate may vary based on location, education, training, and experience).
