Pool Technician – Entry Level

Clearwater seeks a motivated individual to assist with installation, maintenance, and repair of pool equipment, including heaters, filters, pumps, salt systems, and hot tubs. This position requires a clean driving record and a willingness to learn on the job. All training will be provided, and advancement opportunities are encouraged.

• Diagnose and repair pool equipment such as heaters, filters, pumps, salt systems, and hot tubs.
• Perform routine maintenance and water testing.
• Provide effective solutions to repair challenges.

• Clean driving record.
• Basic mechanical knowledge.
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Competent with smartphones, tablets, and computers.
• Knowledge of pool and spa part manufacturers.
• Safe electrical work proficiency.

Clearwater is seeking friendly individuals to serve as retail associates in our store. Responsibilities include assisting customers, scheduling service calls, and performing water tests. Training will be provided, and advancement opportunities are available.

• Assist customers in selecting products.
• Schedule service calls.
• Perform water tests and other store duties.

• Competent with smartphones, tablets, and computers.
• Working knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
