• Technical degree in electronics or an electrical-related field.
• At least 5 years of related design/layout experience.
• Proficiency with PCB layout software (PADS preferred).
• Skilled in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to solve problems effectively and prioritize tasks.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

• Familiarity with AutoCAD.
• Experience with Design for Manufacture (DFM) principles.
• Knowledge in high-speed and high-power PCB layout.
