Baystate Dental of Belchertown is looking for a full‑time Dental Hygienist for our office located in Belchertown, Massachusetts, to join our clinical team by providing a high level of patient care and satisfaction in a team‑based environment. Monday – Friday, 8–5

• Competitive hourly pay $50–$53 + bonus

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program
• Active Florida Hygiene License
• Active state license as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
• X-ray License required
• Certification in local anesthesia (if applicable)
• CPR/First Aid certification (if applicable)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to patient care and comfort

• Perform routine dental cleanings and oral health assessments
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventative care
• Assist dentists with exams and treatments, and take dental X-rays
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with industry regulations and adhere to sterilization protocols
