Overview

Baystate Dental of Belchertown is looking for a full‑time Dental Hygienist for our office located in Belchertown, Massachusetts, to join our clinical team by providing a high level of patient care and satisfaction in a team‑based environment. Position Overview

This role focuses on delivering high‑quality dental care through comprehensive oral health services and patient education. Your expertise will contribute to our mission of enhancing patients’ quality of life and building lasting relationships within the community. Schedule:

Monday – Friday, 8–5

Qualifications
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program
  • Active Florida Hygiene License
  • Active state license as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
  • X-ray License required
  • Certification in local anesthesia (if applicable)
  • CPR/First Aid certification (if applicable)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to patient care and comfort

Responsibilities
  • Perform routine dental cleanings and oral health assessments
  • Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventative care
  • Assist dentists with exams and treatments, and take dental X-rays
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with industry regulations and adhere to sterilization protocols
