Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Weekend Shift | Pediatric Residential Belchertown, MA | Contract Assignment | Weekends About the Opportunity
Arbor Associates is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 13-week contract assignment at a highly specialized pediatric residential treatment program in Belchertown, MA. This is a weekend-only position, making it an excellent fit for LPNs looking to supplement their schedule, transition between roles, or gain meaningful experience in a one-of-a-kind clinical setting. The program is the only Clinically Intensive Residential Treatment (CIRT) program in Massachusetts — and one of the most specialized pediatric behavioral health environments in New England.
Joint Commission accredited, it provides 24/7 residential care to children ages 6–12 with severe emotional and behavioral challenges, rooted in trauma-informed care, sensory-based approaches, and relationship-centered practice. The clinical team includes therapists, psychiatrists, occupational therapists, educators, and nursing staff working in close coordination around each child. This is meaningful, hands-on nursing work with a population that genuinely needs skilled, compassionate clinical support.
