Salary: $43,481 to $85,121 Per Year

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in education, social work, or related field
- New Mexico license applicable to assignment.
- Experience working in public education, student support services, or program implementation
- Strong data literacy and ability to use student information systems (e.g., Power School) and survey tools (e.g., Panorama)
- Able to understand and apply the concepts of strategic planning with resultant successful implementation to enhance student success and improve student achievement
- Able to demonstrate proficient application of word processing, database, and spreadsheet software.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to lead professional development and facilitate collaborative team meetings
- Demonstrated a willingness to seek professional development in all aspects of the professional area
- Commitment to educational equity and family engagement
Preferred:
- Knowledge of Multi-Layered Systems of Support (MLSS), SEL frameworks, and chronic absenteeism research
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency
- Experience managing family & community outreach programs
