The role focuses on improving morale, quality, efficiency, productivity, and safety, with primary coverage on 1st shift and occasional off-shift projects.
You will collaborate cross-functionally with production, safety, quality, engineering, and maintenance to lead Kaizens and process improvements, and train teams on lean concepts.
