Roles & Responsibilities   Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents as a Certified Nursing Assistant during night shifts
Assist residents with activities of daily living — bathing, dressing, grooming and mobility support
Monitor and record vital signs accurately and report changes promptly to nursing staff
Support safe transfers and fall prevention efforts to keep residents secure
Maintain clear, timely documentation in resident charts and electronic records
Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to ensure excellent resident outcomes
Follow infection control protocols and safety procedures to protect residents and staff
Qualifications   Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (T-CNA acceptable if state-eligible)
Current BLS/CPR certification (or willing to obtain prior to start)
Ability to work night shifts (5:00 PM - 5:00 AM) and the scheduled weekend pattern
Up-to-date immunizations and able to pass background and drug screening per facility policy
Comfortable working in long-term care/rehab settings and supporting elders with dignity
Education   High school diploma or GED
Completion of an accredited CNA training program
Knowledge & Skills   Strong clinical skills in ADLs, vital signs and safe patient handling
Excellent communication and compassionate bedside manner
Basic charting and documentation skills with attention to detail
Ability to prioritize tasks and respond calmly in urgent situations
Teamwork mindset and flexibility to cover unit needs during night hours
