Key Responsibilities
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Provide therapy to improve communication and functional independence
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and therapy teams for optimal outcomes
Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with regulations
Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques and progress
Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and discharge planning
Requirements
Active New Mexico Speech Language Pathologist license  (or eligibility to obtain)
Master's degree in  Speech Language Pathology  from an accredited program
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFY considered
Strong communication, assessment, and treatment planning skills
Previous clinical or rehabilitation experience preferred
