Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in clients.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans aligned to evidence-based practices.
  • Deliver direct therapy sessions and monitor client progress toward goals.
  • Document evaluation findings and progress notes in timely, compliant formats.
  • Coordinate care with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Utilize data and metrics to track outcomes and optimize interventions.
  • Contribute to a high-visibility, target-driven work environment with measurable outcomes.
  • Participate in regular supervision and pursue professional development opportunities.
  • Identify and refer clients to additional services as needed.
  • Educate clients and families on home programs and strategies.
  • Maintain compliant documentation and adhere to contract terms and policies.
Experience/Qualifications
  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology from accredited program
  • Current state licensure or eligibility to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Strong documentation: evaluation reports, progress notes, and compliant record-keeping
  • Evidence-based assessment and intervention for speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans with measurable goals
  • Experience with data-driven progress tracking and outcome measurement
  • Collaborative communication with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Professional development mindset with willingness to pursue supervision and training
  • On-site availability with ability to manage caseload in a target-driven environment
  • Knowledge of home-program coaching and caregiver education strategies
