Arcosa Wind Towers in Albuquerque/Los Lunas area—specifically at our Belen, NM plant—seeks a Bilingual HR Generalist to join our team. You will onboard employees, administer HR policies, manage employee relations, and oversee performance appraisal processes.
You will also handle benefits administration, workforce planning, and employee engagement initiatives, promoting a positive workplace culture and ensuring compliance with labor laws. This role reports to the Plant HR Manager.
