Job Category Sales, Marketing & Product Management Position Summary The Digital QA Specialist is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and quality of our digital capabilities and web data to enhance the Bridgestone digital customer experiences across various touchpoints. This role will work collaboratively with developers, marketers, analytics experts and external digital agency partners to test website features and content, validate analytics tracking, and help ensure compliance across our digital platforms.
This work ensures accurate data collection for marketing insights and compliance with privacy regulations, helping the team make informed decisions. - Validate analytics tags and data layers to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
- Review and test new web components, content, and features across browsers and devices.
- Document QA processes, create test plans, and report issues using tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Audit analytics and technical implementations to identify gaps and recommend solutions.
- Monitor site speed and compliance (accessibility, consent management, etc.) tools to uncover and prioritize fixes.
- Conduct link checks and ensure digital touchpoints meet quality standards.
- Proactively communicate test results, issues, and risks found to the project team members through appropriate channels.
- Work with developers, product managers, content specialists, internal stakeholders and agency partners to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Participate in design, strategy, project plan, etc. reviews to expand business knowledge and leverage this context to provide QA insights.
- Engage in formal learning plans and self-driven study to quickly gain expertise in QA tools and Adobe products such as Adobe Analytics, Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Journey Optimizer.
- Support the development and execution of automated QA and regression testing processes to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
- Validate analytics implementations and tracking solutions through automated and manual testing approaches.
- Create and maintain reusable test scripts, validation checks, and QA documentation.
- Collaborate with developers, analytics specialists, and agency partners to identify automation opportunities and improve quality processes.
- General Bachelor’s degree and/or 4 years related experience in software quality assurance, software engineering or a related field.
- Highly analytical with a focus on attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Advanced English level (C1/C2 reading, writing, and conversation).
- Ability to work both independently and in teams and to communicate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders and peer groups.
