Job Category Information Technology Position Summary Servant leader and operational supervisor for two Scrum Teams, enabling predictable value delivery by leading teams thru effective ways of work, optimizing team capacity and flow, and coordinating team level risks and dependencies with peers in the Agile Release Train (ART). Ensure transparency through metrics, and enforce governance and quality practices within the team in alignment with security and compliance standards.

Partner with the Product Owner to maintain backlog readiness and outcome focus, and lead the team to high performing practices, continuous improvement, and stakeholder satisfaction.

Responsibilities Implement team‑level delivery governance (cadences, DoR/DoD, compliance checks) aligned with ART standards.

Coordinate dependencies with other teams and escalate impediments beyond team control.

Remove impediments and guide the team in problem‑solving practices.

Facilitate preparation and participation in PI Planning, System Demos, Inspect & Adapt, and Scrum of Scrums.

Monitor team capacity, track contractor hours, and allocate work to optimize flow under established guidelines.

Evaluate team performance through dashboards and flow metrics and provide insights to the RTE and Product Management.

Develop team capability by mentoring members in Agile/SAFe, facilitation, and continuous improvement.

Support the Product Owner in backlog refinement, readiness, and prioritization toward value outcomes.

Ensure compliance with governance, security, and regulatory practices at the team level.

Promote adherence to quality standards and best practices within the team.

Minimum Qualifications Bachelor degree in computer science, computer engineering, information systems, business administration or equivalent work experience.

Scrum Master (Scrum Alliance), Professional Scrum Master (Scrum.org), or SAFe Scrum Master () certificate

Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency.

Good communication and mentoring skills.

Experience as Scrum Master for a software development team that was diligently applying Scrum principles.

Demonstrated proficiency with Azure Dev Ops (ADO) or Jira boards to drive backlog refinement prioritization, and end to end Agile delivery

Excellent oral and written communication

Ability to prioritize effectively

Ability to work with larger teams

Ability to maintain a keen attention to detail, multitask and work well under pressure

Natural tendency to be curious, positive and creative

Sincere empathy for the customer and commitment to delving deep into the challenges they present or experience
