Inventory Control I, 3rd Shift

Perform the inventory control I functions as outlined below to cover the internal customer request and requirements. This position will include inventory and shipment of product goods.

• Operate forklift, pallet jacks, and other associated warehouse equipment.
• Convey materials and items from production, warehouse, staging, or shipping areas as directed.
• Mark materials with identifying information and labels for all products.
• Use handheld bar code scanner.
• Open cartons, bales, crates, and other containers and ensure shipments are undamaged; note any discrepancies.
• Perform area housekeeping duties including trash dumping, sweeping, and organizing work areas.
• Abide by all safety rules and regulations.
• Memorize all 25 Systems Applications & Products (SAP) T-code transactions related to inventory control Level I.
• Work alternate shifts as assigned to meet business needs.
• Complete all mezzanine tasks and perform other related duties as assigned.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of demonstrated experience working in a warehouse required.
• Ability to read and understand Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and various other documents and instructions.
• Ability to follow supervisory instructions.
• Good problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to operate equipment assigned in the warehouse.
• Effective communication skills with fluency in English required.
• To be eligible for promotion to Inventory Control II, must obtain full certification of level I for the inventory control functions.
