Key Responsibilities- Equipment Integration: Configure and run manual and CNC apparatus (Mills, Lathes, and Drill Presses) to convert stock materials into precision components based on project requirements.
- Program Optimization: Develop and refine G&M code to facilitate advanced machining processes, resolve system alerts, and maintain high‑fidelity output.
- Operational Integrity: Execute necessary tool calibrations and preventative maintenance while upholding rigorous company‑mandated safety protocols.
- Schematic Analysis: Translate technical blueprints and engineering drawings into physical parts with exact dimensional accuracy.
- Efficiency & Upkeep: Oversee material inventory to reduce production scrap and ensure the shop floor remains organized and hazard‑free.
- 6:30am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday

- Proficient in reading a tape measure with accuracy to 1/8", 1/16", and 1/32" increments, with a strong understanding of inch‑to‑decimal conversions.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints.
- Skilled in using precision measuring tools, including digital and vernier calipers and micrometers.
- Knowledge of dimensions and sizing of common structural steel.
- Technical degree in Machine Tool Technology or a related field, or equivalent machining experience.
